Rescheduling - Part 1 *

1-Year Agreement *

I understand that if I want to reschedule my deposit(s) are good for up to 1-year from the date I booked. I will be charged $700 to hold my deposits for a year or 30% from overall price; this will be an additional charge and will NOT go towards the tattoo price. If I do not hear from you after a year (from the date you reschedule), you will lose all deposits. Please note: We will need another consultation once you are ready to reschedule all of your dates.
